JUNO BEACH, Fla. — Lifespace Communities, a continuing care retirement community (CRRC) owner/operator based in Iowa, has hired Scott Nield as the executive director of The Waterford in Juno Beach, approximately 85 miles north of Miami.
The Waterford features nearly 300 units of seniors housing across the continuum of care. Nield will oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
Nield has 15 years of general management experience at luxury golf clubs and country clubs such as as Stowe Mountain Club, Inverness Golf Club, Hudson National Golf Club and Hamilton Farm Golf Club.
Nield received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from New Mexico State University. He also attended the New England Culinary Institute, where he studied food and beverage management.
