Mainstreet Adds Five New Members to Team

CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, a developer of post-acute health care properties, has added five new hires to its Carmel office.

Justin Farris was hired as a development director. He most recently worked for Birge & Held, where he served as vice president, and previously worked at Trinitas, Greystone and Edwards Communities. He is a graduate of Ball State University.

Norma Haag was hired as a real estate paralegal. Haag most recently worked for international law firm Faegre Baker Daniels. She is a graduate of Indiana University as well as Roosevelt University’s paralegal program.

Rachel Harmon was hired as a development coordinator. Her most recent employer was consulting firm The Fraser Group. Harmon is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in management and a minor in marketing from the Krannert School of Business.

Chris King was hired as a senior associate of private equity funds management. He comes to Mainstreet from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a deals advisory manager specializing in financial due diligence. Previously, King worked at Crowe Horwath as a senior associate in assurance. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management with a minor in finance from Purdue University and is a certified public accountant.

Karolina Stewart was hired as a front desk hospitality coordinator. Her previous experience includes time at WP Glimcher as a guest service representative and Luxottica Retail as a sales consultant. Steward is pursuing a degree in human resource development at Indiana State University.
