Mainstreet Adds Six New Employees to Indiana Office

CARMEL, Ind. — Skilled nursing facility developer Mainstreet has added six new employees to its Carmel headquarters.

Chad Garrett has joined Mainstreet as director of construction. His experience includes time at Duke Realty, Lauth Property Group and most recently, Buckingham Companies. Garrett attended Ball State University. He is a member of the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety.

Kaitlin Jager is Mainstreet’s newest graphic designer. Most recently, she served in the same role at Pukka Inc. Jager has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a minor in art history from the University of Findlay.

Emily Johnston has joined Mainstreet as the new marketing project manager. Previously, she served as the traffic and project manager at Parthenon Publishing. Johnston has a bachelor’s degree in studio art from Indiana University.

Chris Reckley has joined Mainstreet as an investment analyst. Previously, he worked at Valeo Financial Advisors, where he focused on real estate professionals. Reckley is a graduate of Indiana University and is pursuing his chartered financial analyst designation.

Tim Siefker is Mainstreet’s new director of design and innovation. He comes to Mainstreet from Estridge Homes, where he served as a custom home consultant. Siefker is also managing partner of his own design consulting firm, TDS Consulting LLC. He has two bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University – one in architecture and one in environmental design.

Megan Templeton has joined Mainstreet as an associate of capital markets. She comes to Mainstreet from Ernst & Young, where she served as a senior auditor. Templeton has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Anderson University.
