Mainstreet Buys Parcel in Omaha for $2.4M to Build Skilled Nursing Facility

OMAHA, Neb. — Maintreet has acquired Montclair West Lots, a 5.4-acre parcel of land in Omaha, for $2.4 million. The Indiana-based developer plans to build a skilled nursing facility on the site.

Arizona-based investment company Kent Circle Partners sold the land, which was part of two master-planned communities built in the 1960s.
