Mainstreet Hires Eight New Employees

CARMEL, Ind. — Mainstreet, a skilled nursing developer and investor, has hired eight employees to work at its headquarters in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel.

Jen Brown was hired as a program coordinator. Prior to joining Mainstreet, she was the business solutions consultant for IT operations at UnitedHealthOne. Brown earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She has earned numerous Bravo Awards, which recognize individuals for setting up new efficient processes. Brown is also co-founder of Random Kindness Organization in Zionsville, Indiana.

Lisa Clark is Mainstreet’s newest hospitality coordinator. Her previous experience includes time at Chico’s as a store manager, Franklin College as an admissions assistant and 18 years with Carlson Wagonlit Travel in various roles.

Matthew Lang has joined Mainstreet as a senior data analyst. His previous experience includes time at ITT Educational Services as a senior quantitative analyst and Houston Independent School District as senior manager of information analysis and utilization. Matthew holds a B.A. and a M.A. from IUPUI and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the University of Houston. He has published several articles in numerous journals and was a Strategic Data Project fellow with the Center for Education Policy and Research at Harvard University.

                                                                                                                                                                              

Jen Lewis joins Mainstreet as the newest development manager. She has over 15 years of real estate experience, including residential sales/brokerage, acquisition and development. Most recently, she served as a leasing manager for Lillibridge Healthcare Services. Lewis has a bachelor’s degree from Hanover College and holds an Indiana Real Estate Brokers’ License.

Emily Marsh is Mainstreet’s new community manager of student housing. She joins Mainstreet from Birge & Held, where she served as a community manager for two properties. Marsh is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and is a Certified Apartment Manager.

Emily Molitor is Mainstreet’s newest executive assistant. She comes to Mainstreet from Hoosier Lottery, where she served in a variety of roles, including executive assistant to the director and retail marketing assistant. She graduated from University of Dayton.

J.C. Rivera joins Mainstreet as associate counsel. Most recently, he served as vice president and counsel at Pedcor Cos., where he was an attorney on commercial transactions and real estate development. Rivera has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a law degree and master’s degree from Indiana University. He is a board member with the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Health and Life Sciences Section.

Jennifer Walde has joined Mainstreet as the new human resources administrative assistant. Prior to joining Mainstreet, she spent eight years at Butler University in Internship and Career Services as a career advisor and program manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
