CARMEL, Ind. — Mainstreet, a skilled nursing developer, has hired nine new employees to its headquarters in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel.
Amanda Good joined the company as an executive assistant. Most recently, she worked at Sandor Development Co. Good graduated from Ball State with a degree in social work.
Erik Hansen is the new chief compliance officer – broker dealer. His previous experience includes time at OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc. as an assistant general counsel and Bracewell LLP as an associate attorney. Hansen holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
Kelly Henderson is the new director of marketing. Most recently, she served as the director of marketing and digital services at Koorsen Fire & Security. Henderson holds a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI and is currently pursuing her master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Lynda Huff is a new executive assistant. Her previous experience includes time at Regions as the executive administrative assistant for the area president and at Fifth Third Bank as the regional administrative assistant. Huff earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Paul Madden has joined Mainstreet as the new construction manager. He comes to Mainstreet from Firestone Building Products where he served various roles including strategic accounts manager, national technical manager and training services manager. Madden holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, management and technology and an associate’s degree in architectural technology.
Toby Miller is the new design manager. Most recently, he served as a senior CAD operator at Simon Property Group. Miller earned two bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University.
Sonja Nelson is the new vice president of strategy and business development for Arizona for Mainstreet Health, the company’s operations arm. Prior to joining Mainstreet, she served as the director of strategy and planning for Banner Health. Nelson earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and her master’s degree in health innovation from Arizona State University.
Elizabeth Racine is the new vice president of clinical operations for Texas for Mainstreet Health. She comes from Harden/TRISUN Healthcare where she served as vice president of clinical operations. Her previous experience includes regional nurse consultant, director of nursing and wound care consultant. Racine holds an ADN and is currently pursuing an MSN from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Mary Ringis joined the company as the new asset manager. Prior to Mainstreet, she served as a general manager at Zeller Realty. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a certified property manager.
