Mainstreet Hires Two VPs and a Director

CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, a skilled nursing developer, has added three new hires to its headquarters in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel.

Scott Juetten is the new vice president of financial operations for Mainstreet Health, the company’s new operational arm. He most recently worked with Kindred Healthcare, where he served as vice president and controller of the nursing center division. Juetten earned a bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.

Dave Martin was hired as vice president of development. He has more than 25 years of real estate development experience, most recently for Duke Realty, where he served as vice president in the health care division. Martin earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Evansville and is a certified commercial investment member.

Ellen Rychlik is the new director of clinical education and quality for Mainstreet Health. She previously worked with Duke University Medical Center and the Elderwood Organization, where she served as the director of nursing and clinical services for more than a decade. Rychlik earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Niagara University. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Association and speaks nationally on quality improvement strategies in health care.
