CARMEL, Ind. — Inc. magazine has once named skilled nursing developer Mainstreet one of the fastest-growing private companies in the nation.
Mainstreet secured No. 228 on the 2015 Inc. 500l5000, the magazine’s annual list of America’s fastest-growing entrepreneurial businesses. The rank is based on a three-year revenue growth of 1,924.4 percent and 2014 revenue of $175.2 million.
This is the fifth year Inc. magazine has recognized Mainstreet’s growth. Previously, Mainstreet ranked No. 347 in 2014, No. 3,415 in 2012, No. 2162 in 2011 and No. 396 in 2010.
According to Inc., the U.S. real estate sector as a whole grew 93 percent last year to $734.3 million.
