Mainstreet, Symphony Begin Construction on Indiana Post-Acute Center

CHESTERTON, Ind. — Carmel, Ind.-based skilled nursing developer Mainstreet and post-acute operator Symphony Post Acute Network have broken ground on Symphony of Chesterton, a rehabilitation center in Chesterton.

Symphony of Chesterton will be a 106-bed, 76,701-square-foot facility when completed. The development will cost $18.8 million and is planned for completion in December.

Once opened, Symphony Post Acute Network will operate the community.
