Mather LifeWays Plans High-Rise CCRC Near Washington, D.C.

TYSONS, Va. — Mather LifeWays, a Chicago-based seniors housing developer, has unveiled plans for The Mather, a continuing care retirement community in the Washington, D.C. suburb of Tysons.

The entrance-fee community is scheduled for completion in 2022. The planned number of units was not disclosed.

The high-rise community will also feature ground-floor retail and added green space for the area, as all parking will be underground.

Mather LifeWays currently operates Life Plan Communities in Illinois and Arizona.
