NORTHBROOK, Ill. – Developer Essex Communities is entering the third phase of development for its luxury community The Lodge of Northbrook, and has selected McShane Contstruction Company to complete the renovations.
This active senior living community is located on a six-acre site at 2220 Founders Drive in Northbrook, Illinois, a north suburban community of Chicago.
After successfully completing the original 58-unit Phase I and the new 20-unit Phase II at The Lodge of Northbrook, McShane Construction is currently underway with the comprehensive construction of the 37,880-square-foot expansion. The new component will incorporate 18 additional units of varying layouts.

JSSH Architects, Inc., architect of Phase I and II, will provide the architectural services for the expansion, which will be completed in December 2015.
