NAI Arranges $7M Sale of Former Car Dealership in New York for Conversion to Assisted Living

WEST BABYLON, N.Y. — NAI Long Island has arranged the sale of and ground lease for a 4.2-acre site in the Long Island town of West Babylon.

Engal Burman Group bought the former car dealership for $7 million, with plans to convert the site into an assisted living community. The plot has already been re-zoned to allow for the conversion.

Dennis McCoy of NAI Long Island represented the seller, Cobra Management, in the transaction.
