New Perspective Breaks Ground on 149-Unit Community in Wisconsin

FRANKLIN, Wis. — New Perspective Senior Living has broken ground on New Perspective – Franklin, a 180,000-square-foot independent living and assisted living community in Franklin, a suburb of Milwaukee.

The three-story community will offer a total of 149 units on a six-acre plot. In addition, a secure neighborhood known as Betty’s Harbor will offer memory care.

Stevens Construction is building the community, with the opening slated for the spring of 2020. 

Founded in 1998, New Perspective Senior Living develops, owns and operates 21 senior living communities in Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Illinois.
