URBANA, Ill. — Design and architecture firm Perkins Eastman has broken ground on a new set of memory care homes at Clark-Lindsey Retirement Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Urbana in Central Illinois.

Each home is 10,000 square feet and will feature 12 private bedrooms.

Jerry Walleck, principal, and Ramu Ramachandran, associate principal, led the Perkins Eastman design team.

Clark-Lindsey Village was founded in 1978 and is the area’s first and only CCRC.
