Prestige Care COO David Henderson to Step Down

VANCOUVER, Wash. – Prestige Care Inc., a Vancouver-based operator, has announced that David Henderson, president and chief operating officer, has stepped down from the company.

Harold Delamarter, CEO of Prestige, will take over the COO role until a replacement is found. The company expects the search process to take six months.

A press release from Prestige said the departure was “the last step of a staff reorganization, and part of a broader initiative to strengthen the organization’s ability to manage its growing portfolio of communities.”

Prestige Care and Prestige Senior Living operate more than 70 senior communities throughout the Western United States. The company manages the full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, home health, skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
