Providence One, Watercrest Break Ground on 128-Unit Community in Florida

KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Providence One Partners and Watercrest Senior Living Group have broken ground on Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 128-unit community in the Orlando suburb of Kissimmee.

The project is located within the Osceola Corporate Center and is scheduled to open in August 2018. Development costs are estimated at $17.5 million.

Sage Park will include 106,882 square feet of living space made up of 104 assisted living units, 24 memory care units and amenity spaces with multiple venues for eating, entertainment and activities.

Forum Architecture designed the building, which Williams Co. Southeast is constructing. Providence One Partners is the project’s developer, while Watercrest Senior Living Group is the co-owner and operator of the community. Sage Park is the fourth senior living project for Providence One, all located in Florida.
