Radiant Acquires 64-Unit Community in Idaho, Plans Expansion

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — Radiant Senior Living has acquired The Renaissance, a 64-unit assisted living and memory care community in Coeur d’Alene, approximately 30 miles east of Spokane, Wash. 

Local family owners Ron and Valeri Glauser and Fred and Mindy Weber sold the community for an undisclosed price. Radiant has planned a 16-unit expansion at the 5.7-acre property, scheduled for completion in February 2019.

Radiant owns and operates 19 independent living, assisted living and memory care communities in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Colorado, Nevada and now Idaho.
