PROVO, Utah — HFF has closed the sale of The Courtyard at Jamestown, a 132-unit seniors housing community in Provo. ROC Seniors Housing Fund Managers LLC acquired the property from Courtyard Retirement Group I L.C. for an undisclosed amount.
The Courtyard at Jamestown is located at 3352 North 100 East near Brigham Young University and the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. The community includes 104 assisted living units and 28 memory care units with an occupancy rate about 92 percent.
The HFF team representing the seller was led by managing director Ryan Maconachy and director Chad Lavender.
