ST. PETERS, Mo. — Ryan Cos. has broken ground on Clarendale of St. Peters, a 214-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the St. Louis suburb of St. Peters.

Life Care Services and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital are partners on the $55 million project. This is the first Clarendale-branded community in the St. Louis Market, though a second, $100 million community is planned in nearby Clayton with groundbreaking scheduled for early 2019.

Clarendale of St. Peters will feature 112 independent living suites and villas, 64 assisted living suites and 38 memory care suites. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2020.

The community is the eighth partnership between Ryan Cos., Life Care Services and Harrison Street, representing more than 1,500 seniors housing units. Ryan Cos. is the developer and general contractor. SM Wilson serves as the prime subcontractor and Vessel Architects as the architect. Life Care Services will manage and serve the community.
