GREEN OAKS, Ill. — Senior Lifestyle Corp., a privately held owner, operator and developer of seniors housing communities, has broken ground on The Sheridan at Green Oaks, a seniors housing community in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
The Sheridan at Green Oaks is scheduled to open in early 2017 and will feature 78 independent living and 64 assisted living apartment homes, as well as 64 memory care residences. The 212,326-square-foot community will sit on approximately 14.5 acres of land.
Senior Lifestyle Corp. currently has five Sheridan Collection retirement communities planned to open in the next year in Illinois, Wisconsin and Florida.
