DALLAS — Silverstone Healthcare Co., a Dallas-based owner/developer, has broken ground on HarborChase of the Park Cities, a 134-unit, Class A assisted living and memory care community in Dallas.
The community will feature 105 assisted living units and 29 memory care units when completed. Silverstone will begin accepting reservations in the fall of 2016, with construction expected to finish in fall of 2017. The eight-story building will feature more than 14,000 square feet of terraces.
HarborChase of the Park Cities will be Silverstone’s sixth senior living community in the U.S. and the third in Metro Dallas.
Harbor Retirement Associates will operate the community. L&B Realty Advisors is Silverstone’s equity partner on the development. Texas Capital Bank and Guaranty Bank & Trust will provide construction financing.
Beck Group will serve as the contractor while BOKA Powell will serve as architect. Thoma-Holec Design will be the interior designer. Lincoln Harris provided brokerage services.
