Skilled Nursing Developer Mainstreet Hires Seven New Employees

CARMEL, Ind. — Mainstreet, a developer of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities based in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis, has hired seven new employees.

Vee Kimbrell joined the company as an investments senior associate. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry marketing and selling real estate investment products, mutual funds, variable annuities, fixed annuities and institutional investment management services. Prior to joining Mainstreet, Vee was the co-founder and co-owner of Blue Vault Partners. She is a graduate of Agnes Scott College.

Matt Kwiatkowski is Mainstreet’s newest development manager. His experience includes time at Cardno, HNTB and Rodgers Consulting. Kwiatkowski is a graduate of Purdue University.

Sara Marshall has joined Mainstreet as director of analytics strategy and innovation. She comes to Mainstreet from the state of Indiana, where she served in a variety of roles, including director of business intelligence and analytics, where she helped to create and run the management and performance hub. Marshall has two bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University and a law degree from Indiana University.

Mike Mattis is Mainstreet’s new director of business development, with over 20 years of healthcare sales and business development experience. Most recently, he served as the director of sales at hc1.com. Mattis has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.

Sean Murray has joined Mainstreet as managing director of insurance. He has over 25 years of insurance experience, including leading and operating a variety of insurance entities, risk retention groups, captives and general agencies. Murray is a graduate of Marian University.

Jennifer Pressley is Mainstreet’s new chief financial officer of insurance. Her experience includes time at OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc., most recently as chief accounting officer, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Pressley is a graduate of Ball State University and is a certified public accountant.

Mary Ryan has joined Mainstreet as the newest executive assistant. Her previous experience includes time at Salesforce as a contracts manager and ExactTarget as a legal assistant. She is a graduate of Indiana University.
