OLNEY, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. (SLIB), a brokerage firm based in Illinois, has arranged the sale of Olney Healthcare Center, a 51-bed skilled nursing facility in the small North Texas town of Olney.
A Houston-based owner/operator, which currently owns the only other skilled nursing facility in Olney, purchased the facility for $850,000.
The 17,545-square-foot facility, which was built in 1970, was closed at the time of sale. The seller was a private owner/operator.
