WHEELER, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. has arranged the sale of Wheeler Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 75-bed skilled nursing facility in Wheeler, a rural city located approximately midway between Amarillo and Oklahoma City.
A publicly traded REIT sold the property to an owner-operator that plans to take over management of the facility. The sale price was $1.8 million.
The property was built in 1982 and averaged only 55 percent occupancy prior to the sale.
