SLIB Brokers $3.7M Bankruptcy Sale of 213-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Georgia

AUGUSTA, Ga. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the $3.7 million sale of Amara Healthcare & Rehab, a 213-bed skilled nursing facility in Augusta, along the border of Georgia and South Carolina.

Salem Nursing & Rehab, doing business as Amara Healthcare, sold the community as part of a court-ordered bankruptcy sale. The buyer was University Health Care Systems, a health and hospital system based in Augusta.

Brad Clousing and Ryan Saul handled the transaction for SLIB.
