FAIR OAKS, Texas — Sodalis Elder Living plans to complete construction on Sodalis at Fair Oaks, an assisted living and memory care facility in Fair Oaks, in the fall of 2016.
Sodalis also recently broke ground on Sodalis at Stone Oak in San Antonio.
Cara Capital LLC will build both communities, with Oakbrook Builders serving as general contractor.
Sodalis is a developer of seniors housing properties that currently owns and operates nine communities, all in Texas.
