MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Sierra Cove Group of Companies has selected Solinity to operate CaraVita Village, a 168-unit independent living community in Montgomery.
Sierra Cove recently acquired the community from a national owner-operator. The company has planned a variety of changes at the community, including renovations, new programming, and a new spa and wellness center.
This will be the first community management partnership for Solinity, a Tennessee-based owner-operator.
