Sonata to Take Over Operations of Four Assisted Living Communities in South Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — Sonata Senior Living, an Orlando-based owner, developer and operator, will assume management of four HCP-owned assisted living and memory care communities in South Florida.

HCP Inc. (NYSE: HCP), a publicly traded REIT, will transfer the long-term lease form the current operator.

The four properties will be renamed Sonata Boca Raton, Sonata Boynton Beach, Sonata Coconut Creek and Sonata Delray Beach. The communities were all opened in 2000 and comprise a total of 340 units.
