Starling, CitiSculpt to Develop 230-unit Community in South Carolina

FORT MILL, S.C. — Starling and CitiSculpt have announced plans for a 230-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Fort Mill, located just across the state border from Charlotte, N.C.

The three-story community will be located adjacent to Sun City Carolina Lakes, a 3,400-home active adult community. Construction is slated to begin during the fourth quarter of 2017.

Starling is a developer, owner and operator of senior living communities across the Southeast.

CitiSculpt, the parent company of Southern Apartment Group, is a regional real estate developer and investor that specializes in urban mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail and senior living properties. The company is largely focused on the Carolinas.
