GREEN BAY and APPLETON, Wisc. — Summit Healthcare REIT Inc. has acquired four assisted living and memory care communities in Green Bay and Appleton for $18.4 million.
The facilities include a total of 125 units and are triple-net leased to an affiliate of Compass Senior Living.
Summit is a publicly registered, non-traded REIT that invests in seniors housing.
