NEPTUNE CITY, N.J. — Tryko Partners LLC has acquired Medicenter Rehabilitation & Nursing, a 110-bed skilled nursing facility in the coastal New Jersey town of Neptune City, for an undisclosed price.

Tryko, a private equity real estate group based in nearby Brick, plans to rename the facility Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and perform $2.5 million in upgrades to the building.

Private Bank, a Chicago-based lender, financed the acquisition, which is part of Tryko’s strategy of expansion in New Jersey and the surrounding area.
