KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Skilled nursing operator Tutera Senior Living & Health Care has hired Leslie Young as the company’s new director of human resources operations.
Young will lead an expansion of the human resources department, which serves the company’s 47 communities in 13 states.
Young has more than 20 years of HR management experience with a focus on seniors housing. Prior to joining Tutera, she was director of training and development for Skilled Healthcare LLC (now known as Genesis HealthCare). Previously, she was a recruiting manager for A Place for Mom, a seniors housing referral service.
