Vitality, Traditions Merge to Form 12-Property Owner-Operator in Southeast

FRANKLIN, Tenn. — Vitality Senior Living and Traditions Senior Living, both operators based in Franklin, have merged to for Vitality Living.

The combined company’s portfolio will not feature 12 seniors housing communities throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Texas. The company also has five new properties under development and scheduled to open within two years.

 “Both Vitality and Traditions have talented people with similar visions and complimentary expertise,” says Vitality CEO Chris Guay. “Our combined strength better positions Vitality to realize this mission.”

Guay is a veteran of some of the biggest names in the industry, including Brookdale and Emeritus. He launched Vitality in 2016.
