ORLANDO, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living has opened Watercrest of Lake Nona Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, an 80-unit assisted living and memory care community in Orlando.
Walker Construction Co. started construction on the 76,000-square-foot community in September of 2014. There are 56 assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
The community is a joint venture with Index Investment Group.
Watercrest Senior Living, based in Vero Beach, Fla., specializes in the development and operations of assisted living and memory care communities. The company has nearly a dozen communities under development nationwide.
