KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living is now accepting reservations at Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 128-unit seniors housing community in the Orlando suburb of Kissimmee.
The 106,882-square-foot community is scheduled to open this fall.
Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care will feature 104 assisted living and 24 memory care apartments. Watercrest is the developer and operator of the community.
Providence One Partners is co-owner of the project along with Watercrest Properties LLC. This is the fourth senior living development for Providence One.
