COLUMBIA, S.C. — Watercrest Senior Living Group and Titan Development Real Estate Fund I have started construction of Watercrest Columbia Assisted Living and Memory Care in Columbia.
The 107-unit community will offer assisted living and memory care. Shiel Sexton Co. is expected to complete construction by late spring 2019. LifeBUILT Architecture designed the property.
Titan Development Real Estate Fund I is a $200 million private equity real estate fund established in 2017 to raise and invest equity in approximately $600 million of Titan Development’s investment opportunities. Watercrest Senior Living Group specializes in the development and operations of assisted living and memory care communities.
