NEWNAN, Ga. — Watercrest Senior Living Group and Waypoint Residential have broken ground on Watercrest Newnan Assisted Living and Memory Care in Newnan, a suburb of Atlanta.
BL Harbert International is building the property, scheduled to open in late spring 2019. The 92,000-square-foot community will offer 75 assisted living apartments and 32 memory care apartments.
The construction site is located 40 miles southwest of Atlanta, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, the Piedmont Newnan Hospital and the Southeastern Region Medical Center.
Waypoint Residential LLC is a real estate investment firm specializing in rental housing. Watercrest Senior Living Group is a Florida-based company that specializes in the development and operations of assisted living and memory care communities.
