LAKEWOOD, Colo. — WellAge Senior Communities, a Lakewood-based developer and operator, has hired Moraine Byrne as senior vice president of operations.
Byrne brings 25 years of experience as an executive and consultant in the senior living real estate field, specializing in management and development consulting for new properties, products and services.
Prior to joining WellAge, Byrne served as president and CEO of Moraine Byrne Associates, a consulting firm that provides strategic planning, operations audits, management insight, marketing and partnership planning for businesses, with a special focus on senior living and healthcare.
Byrne will oversee WellAge involvement with five current new senior living developments under construction throughout Colorado and other new business opportunities.
