Windover Completes 18-Bed Hospice Facility in Lincoln, Massachusetts

by Jeff Shaw

LINCOLN, Mass. — Windover Construction has completed Care Dimensions Hospice House, a 29,127-square-foot skilled nursing facility in the Boston suburb of Lincoln.

The property will offer hospice services and features 18 beds on a 12-acre campus.

Windover managed both preconstruction and construction and worked alongside EGA Architects of Newburyport and SV Design, Siemasko + Verbridge of Beverly, who designed the interiors. Local artists also incorporated their work into the design.

The new facility is one of six inpatient hospice houses in Massachusetts, including Care Dimensions’ Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, the first licensed hospice house in the state, which opened in 2005.
