BLUFFTON, S.C. — Winter Construction has started construction on the new Canterfield Senior Living facility in Bluffton, about 20 miles northeast of Savannah, Ga.
The luxury community will feature three floors and 74,000 square feet of total space.
Atlanta-based Medical Development Corp. selected Winter Construction as the general contractor to build the first phase of the new community. Winter expects to finish construction in fall of 2016.
Atlanta-based architecture firm Corcoran Ota Group designed the Canterfield model.
