EVERSHAM, N.J. — Wohlsen Construction Company, a Pennsylvania-based contractor, and Artis Senior Living, a Virginia-based developer, have completed construction of Artis Senior Living of Eversham.
The 65-unit memory care community is located in Eversham, approximately 20 miles southeast of Philadelphia. Development costs were not disclosed
Law Kingdon was the architect of the 33,000-square-foot community, which is separated into four neighborhoods surrounding a central section of amenities.
