TONAWANDA, N.Y. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Tonawanda Manor, an 84-unit assisted living community in the Buffalo suburb of Tonawanda, for $11 million.

YUBA CITY, Calif. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $13.5 million sale of Summerfield Senior Living, a 71-unit assisted living and memory care community in Yuba City, approximately 40 miles north of Sacramento.

ROME and CEDARTOWN, Ga. — Enlivant has purchased two assisted living and memory care communities, both located in rural Georgia, from affiliates of Winthrop Senior Living for $10 million.

HOQUIAM, Wash. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $2.6 million sale of Karr House, a 40-unit assisted living in Hoquiam, along the coast of Washington State approximately 110 miles southwest of Seattle.
