TULSA, Okla. — Sagora Senior Living has started construction on Bellarose, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Tulsa.
The 152,528-square-foot community will feature 45 independent living units, 89 assisted living units and 23 memory care units. It will be Sagora’s second community in Tulsa. The Texas-based developer also plans to open another community near Oklahoma City in May.
The company has already appointed a marketing director for Bellarose — Elizabeth York, who most recently served as regional director of operations and executive director for Renaissance Senior Communities.
Sagora currently operates 18 communities in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama and Florida. Bellarose is slated to open in the summer of 2016.
