LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Aline, a Louisville-based provider of an all-in-one operating system for senior living, has appointed Jonathan Blackburn as chief revenue officer and Ryan Johnson as chief financial officer.
Aline was formed in October 2022, as the result of the merger of software providers Enquire, Glennis Solutions and Sherpa CRM.
Blackburn will be responsible for leading Aline’s commercial strategy across its portfolio of CRM automation, operational, care and digital payments solutions.
Prior to joining Aline, Blackburn served as the chief revenue officer for Therapy Brands, a mental and behavioral health software and integrated payments company, where he drove growth and expansion of the platform both organically and through acquisitions. He previously served as chief revenue officer and general manager of Daxko, a software and integrated payments company for the health and wellness industry. Before Daxko, he was vice president of sales for major accounts at ADP, a global provider of cloud-based human capital management.
Johnson is responsible for leading the company’s finance, legal and human resources areas of the business.
Johnson previously served as chief financial officer at InStride, a workforce education software and services company. There he helped the company scale from startup to a 180-person team helping employees in more than 40 large corporations — including Amazon, American Express and Medtronic — avoid more than $630 million of student debt, for which the company was named to Fortune’s Global Impact 20 list of young companies. Prior, he was chief financial officer of SchoolMint, a SaaS provider in the K-12 education market. He also served as head of worldwide pricing and packaging at Qualtrics, a venture-backed provider of experience management SaaS solutions.
