LandSouth Starts Construction of 140-Unit Independent Living Community Near Jacksonville

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — LandSouth Construction, an Jacksonville-based builder, has started construction of Starling at Nocatee, a 140-unit independent living community in the Jacksonville suburb of Ponte Vedra Beach.

Starling Living is the developer, owner and operator of the community, which will be located on 6.5 acres within the Nocatee master-planned development.

Rosemann & Associates of Kansas City, Mo., is designing the 174,000-square-foot property. Completion is scheduled for February 2019.
