Spectrum Retirement Opens 89-Unit Assisted Living Community Near Columbus, Ohio

POWELL, Ohio — Spectrum Retirement has opened Powell Assisted Living and Memory Care, an 89-unit community in the Columbus suburb of Powell.

The 78,000-square-foot community features 64 units of assisted living and 25 units of memory care. It also features a “Residence Club” which allows residents with mild cognitive impairment to remain in assisted living rather than immediately transfer to memory care.

The community is owner-operator Spectrum’s sixth in the Columbus metro. Its sister community, Powell Senior Living, opened in January 2017.
