BATON ROUGE & LAFAYETTE, La. — Avanti Senior Living, a seniors housing developer, owner and operator, is developing two new seniors housing communities in Louisiana, one in Baton Rouge and one in Lafayette.
The Baton Rouge development is named Avanti at Highland, while the Lafayette community will be named Avanti at Lafayette. Each community will be 77,000 square feet and provide 50 assisted living units and 40 memory care units.
Avanti at Highland will be at the corner of Burbank and Highland Road and will cost $20 million. Avanti at Lafayette will be at the corner of Ambassador Caffery Parkway and Frem Boustany Drive and will cost $15 million.
Avanti plans to break ground on both communities later this year.
