KINGSPORT, Tenn., FORT MILL, S.C., and CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — The Blake Management Group, a Mississippi-based operator, plans to open three new communities in the Southeast in August.
The properties are The Blake at Kingsport in Tennessee, The Blake at Baxter Village in South Carolina and The Blake at Charlottesville in Virginia. The communities will each total between 90,000 and 110,000 square feet.
“The Blake brand has been built over the past decade through new market development focused on underserved areas in the southeast,” says Jeremy Cole, CEO of Blake Management Group. “We are continuously looking for ways to improve not just our community designs and resident offerings, but also our ability to develop talent.”
In addition to its upcoming grand openings, The Blake Management Group also has several communities currently in development. Over the next year and a half, the company plans to open two new locations in Texas, three in Florida, one in Louisiana and one in South Carolina.
Development partners on the projects include Cardinal Ventures, Quality Senior Living, AEW and LifeCare Properties.
