BELLEVUE, Wash. — Aegis Living, a Bellevue-based developer and operator, has appointed Nader Naini to the company’s Board of Managers.
Naini is managing partner of Frazier Healthcare Partners, has joined its Board of Managers. He joins fellow Aegis Living board members including founder and CEO Dwayne Clark as well as Jerry Meyer, Eddie Poplawski, Ashley Rea and Adam Clark.
Naini joined Frazier in 1991. He has served on the firm’s management team and led its Growth Buyout practice since 1995. Under his leadership, the practice has raised more than $4 billion of limited partner capital and has realized more than $4 billion in exits.
During his 29-year tenure with the firm, Naini has been responsible for investments in such organizations as Aspen Education Group; CHG Healthcare; Priority Solutions International; Bravo Health; Laboratory Supply Company; and DSI Renal.
Prior to joining Frazier, Naini worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York. He received his M.B.A from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Naini also serves on the board of directors of United Digestive, Northfield Medical, MedData, Alteon Health and 98point6.
The addition of Naini comes at a time of growth for Aegis Living. The company recently announced plans to double in size over the next 10 years. Aegis Living currently has 32 communities along the West Coast, with seven additional communities in development.
