Atlas Senior Living Acquires Two Newly Constructed Communities in the Southeast

SAVANNAH, Ga., and MADISON, Ala. — Atlas Senior Living has seniors housing communities in Savannah and Madison from the developer, Shepherd Living. The price was not disclosed.

Both communities — Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters in Savannah and Shepherd Living at The Range in Madison — offer 104 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care. Construction was recently completed on the two resort-style properties.

Meridian Capital Group, led by Ari Adlerstein and Ari Dobkin, arranged the acquisition and financing.

Shepherd Living is part of the Lucky Shepherd family of companies, a Miami Beach, Florida-based real estate and technology developer. Atlas is a Birmingham, Alabama-based seniors housing owner-operator.
